Live your authentic truth
When you are tired of pretending to be “normal,” or “okay,” and when you’re exhausted, anxious, hypervigilant, traumatized, heartbroken, or stressed, I will meet you exactly where you are.
Together, we will walk toward helping you heal your heart and mind — learning to uncover and unmask who you really are, and who you were always meant to be.
Our childhoods become templates for how we show up in all human interactions and relationships
“I was always walking on eggshells around my parents, partner, friends, and even my own children.I’d always been a highly vigilant person, or “HVP.” I just didn’t know it. I thought it was simply who I was.
Maybe you did, too.”
Perhaps you’re also someone who:
is easily triggered by other people’s moods, emotions, or actions
compulsively takes good care of others, while shaming, blaming, and neglecting yourself
identifies as highly sensitive and overly empathic
seeks solitude or isolation, feels safest when you’re alone
is a perfectionist; hates to make mistakes
ruminates about and overanalyzes human interactions
self-silences; avoids conflict, and/or struggles with expressing anger
numbs out , spaces out, or dissociates
feels wary and weary in your mind and body; is frequently overwhelmed, fatigued, and/or anxious

I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Southern California. I have a doctorate (PsyD) in clinical psychology, a master’s degree in Marriage, Family and Child therapy.
I’ve been practicing as a therapist/psychologist since 2015, and I feel incredibly grateful for being given the gift and opportunity to work with the greatest clients on the planet.
From my training work in community mental health for women and children, to running workshops and groups on attachment and relationships, to my years of working in private practice with children, teens and adults, every single person has taught me more about the complexities of life, the fragility and strength of human beings, and our beautifully challenging world of relationships we face each day.
Over the years, I’ve developed a passion for working with people on attachment wounds, childhood and adulthood traumas, toxic parent-child adult relationships and, as of the past few years, late-diagnosed, high masking autism.
